Is there really a free trial?
Fourteen days, the whole catalogue, every narrator. Cancel before it ends and you are never charged at all.
Can the whole family use one subscription?
Yes. One subscription covers every child, phone, tablet and account in your household — there is no per-child fee and nothing to add on.
Which languages are included?
Every story is read aloud in English and Swedish today, with more narrators and languages arriving quietly through the year — all inside the same subscription.
How do I cancel?
One tap in Settings. No phone call, no retention screen. Your downloads stay playable until the period you have paid for runs out.
What if I change my mind?
Write to us within thirty days — the address is on the contact page — and we will refund you in full. No questions, no form to fill in.
